ROCKFORD — Maxim Healthcare Services will offer a seasonal flu vaccine clinic by appointment only from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Alpine Bank, 6838 E. State St.
The company is approved to administer the vaccine to people 9 and older. The cost of the shot is $30 and can be covered by Medicare Part B, some private insurances, cash or check.
