ROCKFORD — A free information session about the Centegra Health System weight-loss surgery program is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 27, at the Northern Illinois University Rockford campus, 8500 E. State St.
Success stories and advice from Centegra’s clinical team and general surgeon Dr. Amir Heydari will be presented as well as information Centegra’s multidisciplinary approach, surgery options and support.
A video showcasing patients and an opportunity to speak with former patients is also provided.
