ROCKFORD — Michelle Rhodes, a secretary in the Heart and Vascular Center, has been named Rockford Health System’s 2009 Employee of the Year.
She was selected from 12 candidates who had earned Employee of the Month awards in 2009.
Rhodes was cited as an exemplary role model who demonstrates the Rockford Health System values of integrity, collaboration, adaptability, responsibility, excellence and compassion.
Rhodes’ career at Rockford Health System began 10 years ago. As the secretary and charge-entry analyst, she was recognized for a strong work ethic, persistence and advocating on behalf of patients.
