Bielefeldt, Clark win employee honors

ROCKFORD — Medical imaging supervisor Maria Bielefeldt and Michelle Clark, a registered nurse in the Wound Care Clinic, have been named as SwedishAmerican Health System’s Pillars of Excellence winners for March.

Bielefeldt was cited for her ability to lead by example and to listen and convey new workflows and processes to other members of her department. Clark was chosen for her attention to detail and her generosity toward and willingness to assist co-workers.

Winners are nominated by colleagues and selected by the health system’s C.A.R.E. Team.
