Rockford Health Physicians recently recognized six of its doctors for providing superior customer service to their patients.
Doctors receiving high marks include: Frederick Dietz, rheumatology; Gary Koteles, optometrist; Aami Malloy, audiologist; Bryan McDonald, family practice; Donald Rabor, cardiologist; Joseph Valaitis, cardiologist.
Doctors who provide superior customer service are those who statistically score higher in patient surveys than their peers at medical clinics of similar size in the U.S. Questions in the survey ask about the patient’s perceptions of the quality of care they receive, the doctor’s medical knowledge, and their overall friendliness.
Patients are randomly surveyed by Press Ganey on a weekly basis and results are tabulated quarterly. Press Ganey is the nation’s leading independent surveyor of patient satisfaction for 7,000 clinics and hospitals.
Rockford Health Physicians is Part of Rockford Health System and includes 160 physicians with locations in Rockford, Loves Park, Roscoe, Winnebago, Belvidere and Poplar Grove.
