The OSF Saint Anthony Regional Heart Institute will present an Autism Overview dealing with diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders in its next women’s program at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, in the atrium of OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, 5666 E. State St.
Lori Davie, coordinator for The Autism Program Service Center at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford; and Colleen Shin, training specialist/manager of TAP Service Centers, will discuss the symptoms of autism spectrum disorders and provide information on treatment strategies, resources and support available to families living with autism spectrum disorders.
TAP is one of many programs offered by Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago in the Rockford area.
Light refreshments will be served.
